Information for retailers, distributors, corporate buyers, suppliers, service providers and organisations interested in working with Cybraxo.
business@cybraxo.co.ukThis page explains the types of enquiries we review, the information your message should contain and the process we generally follow when assessing a potential commercial relationship. Sending an enquiry does not create an agreement, guarantee acceptance or commit either party to proceed.
Our business inbox is intended for genuine commercial, operational, media and partnership-related communication.
Online or physical retailers interested in purchasing, stocking or presenting selected Cybraxo products.
Organisations proposing structured distribution, representation or market-development opportunities.
Businesses seeking products for teams, workplaces, client projects, events or other commercial requirements.
Product manufacturers, fulfilment providers and suppliers offering relevant goods, services or operational support.
Technology, logistics, creative, marketing and professional service providers with a defined proposal.
Publications, journalists and recognised platforms seeking business information, commentary or media cooperation.
The categories below show the main types of proposals our team may consider.
Larger product quantities, repeated commercial purchasing and enquiries involving agreed volume requirements.
Opportunities involving product listings, selected ranges, retailer supply and longer-term purchasing relationships.
Products, manufacturing capabilities, packaging, fulfilment or operational solutions relevant to Cybraxo.
Systems and services that may improve ecommerce, infrastructure, automation, security or customer experience.
Interviews, product coverage, editorial requests, industry commentary and relevant media opportunities.
Clearly defined projects between Cybraxo and compatible brands, platforms or commercial organisations.
There is no separate application form. Your email should give us enough context to understand and assess the proposal.
Generic sales messages, automated pitches and emails that do not explain their relevance to Cybraxo may not receive an individual response.
Every serious proposal is assessed according to its relevance, practicality and potential value.
We review the identity of the sender, the nature of the organisation and the basic relevance of the proposal.
Suitable enquiries may be considered against current priorities, commercial viability, timing and brand fit.
We may request further details relating to quantities, pricing, timelines, responsibilities or project scope.
Where both sides wish to proceed, the relevant commercial terms and responsibilities must be confirmed separately.
A large company name is not essential. A professional, transparent and relevant proposal is.
Cybraxo may accept, decline or choose not to respond to a proposal at its discretion. No commercial relationship, exclusivity, purchase commitment, representation right or partnership exists unless it is confirmed through a separate written agreement signed or formally approved by the relevant parties.
Please consider carefully what information you include in an initial business enquiry.
Do not send confidential, proprietary, commercially sensitive or legally restricted information unless Cybraxo has expressly agreed in writing to receive it on a confidential basis.
Sending an unsolicited proposal does not create a duty of confidentiality, exclusivity or compensation. We recommend that the first email provides only the information reasonably required to explain the opportunity.
Attachments should be relevant, safe to open and presented in commonly accessible formats. Links should direct to legitimate business websites, portfolios or supporting materials.
Introduce your organisation, explain the opportunity and include the practical details required for an initial review.
