These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Cybraxo and any purchase made via https://cybraxo.co.uk/ (the “Website”). Please read them carefully before placing an order. By accessing the Website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a policy page linked above, these Terms apply unless we state otherwise.
In these Terms: “We”, “Us”, “Our” means CYBRAXO LTD. “You” means the user of the Website or a customer placing an order. “Products” means any goods offered for sale on the Website. “Order” means your request to purchase Products from us. “Contract” means the legally binding agreement formed when we accept your Order.
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
You must be capable of entering into a binding contract under UK law to place an Order. If you are under 18, you should use the Website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

We take reasonable care to ensure Product descriptions, images, sizes, and specifications are accurate. However, colours may vary due to device settings, lighting, and manufacturing tolerances. Measurements may have minor variations. Where a Product is shown with styling or accessories, such items may not be included unless stated.
We sell apparel and accessories and may fulfil orders from our own inventory and/or via third-party fulfilment partners. Our supply chain may include specialised logistics and manufacturing partners (including services commonly used in e-commerce fulfilment). Availability is not guaranteed until your Order is accepted. If a Product becomes unavailable after you place an Order, we will contact you and arrange a refund for the unavailable item(s).
If we discover an obvious pricing error, we may (at our discretion) cancel the Order and refund you, or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
Prices and availability may change at any time. The price payable is the price shown at checkout at the time you place your Order.

If you switch currency, prices are displayed using live or periodically updated exchange rates for convenience. The amount charged may depend on your chosen currency and your payment provider’s processing. Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign exchange conversion, cross-border charges, or additional fees. These fees are outside our control.
For UK deliveries, taxes may be included in the price where applicable. For international deliveries, local import duties, taxes, customs fees, and clearance charges may apply depending on your country’s rules. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Payment is taken at checkout (or at the point of dispatch where applicable). We may use third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers; payment providers process data under their own security standards.
When you place an Order, you make an offer to purchase Products subject to these Terms. Please review your Order carefully (including sizes, delivery address, and contact details) before submitting.
After you place an Order, you may receive an order acknowledgement email. This does not mean your Order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we send an acceptance/dispatch confirmation or otherwise confirm that the Products have been dispatched. At that point, a Contract is formed.
We may refuse or cancel an Order for reasons including (without limitation): suspected fraud, unauthorised or invalid payment, incorrect pricing, breach of these Terms, repeated returns that appear abusive, or operational constraints. If we cancel an Order after payment has been taken, we will refund you.
Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days. During busy periods (e.g., seasonal promotions), processing may take longer. We will aim to keep you informed where delays occur.
Delivery times vary by destination and service level. Estimated transit times are provided at checkout where available. Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, customs clearance, peak seasons, weather events, address inaccuracies, and other circumstances outside our control.
We currently offer: Flat rate delivery £9.99 and free delivery on orders over £70. Unless stated otherwise, the same shipping charge rules apply to international orders. The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect, we may refund the Order excluding shipping and handling costs, or re-ship at your cost.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the Products are delivered to the address provided (or collected by you). Title to the Products passes once we receive full payment.
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights.
We offer a 14-day return window. To start a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the Product(s). Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition with original packaging and labels where applicable.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or not as described (subject to assessment). We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
We currently offer refunds only and do not provide exchanges. If you want a different size or item, please place a new Order and request a return for the original item (subject to eligibility).
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@cybraxo.co.uk with your order number and clear photos. We may request additional information to assess the issue and determine an appropriate remedy.

If you have any concern about an Order, payment, delivery, Product condition, refund, or return, please contact us first at support@cybraxo.co.uk so that we can review the matter and try to resolve it directly.
Customers are encouraged to contact CYBRAXO LTD before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their card issuer, bank, or payment provider. This allows us to check the Order details, delivery information, communication history, and any applicable return or refund request.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, CYBRAXO LTD may provide relevant transaction, Order, delivery, return, refund, and communication records to the acquiring bank, payment gateway, card scheme, or other relevant payment provider in order to review and respond to the dispute.
Where a refund has already been issued or a return is being processed in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy, customers should avoid raising a duplicate chargeback for the same transaction. Duplicate claims may delay the resolution process.
The Website and its content (including text, graphics, logos, product images, layouts, and design elements) are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal use only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.
If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, translate, and display that content for marketing or operational purposes (e.g., product pages, email, social media), provided we do so in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You must not submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, or infringing content. We may remove content at our discretion.
The Website may include third-party services (e.g., payment processing, fulfilment, analytics, embedded maps, or marketing tools). We may also provide links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and policies.
We provide the Website on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. You are responsible for using appropriate security and safeguards.

You are responsible for selecting Products that suit your needs, including size selection and care instructions. Please follow wash/care labels and product guidance. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow care instructions may affect eligibility for remedies.

If you contact us, we may keep records to respond to queries, provide support, and maintain legitimate business records.
If you participate in our Affiliate Program, additional terms may apply. Please refer to Affiliate Program for details and conditions. Where Affiliate terms conflict with these Terms, the Affiliate terms will apply to the extent of that conflict for affiliate activities.
