2. How to start a return

• The items you wish to return (product name/size/colour)

Once your return request is approved, you should send the item(s) back using a tracked service where possible. Keep proof of postage and tracking information until your return is processed.

3. Condition of returned items

Returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale:

• Unworn and unused (other than trying on for fit)
• Unwashed and free from odours (e.g., smoke, perfume)
• With original tags/labels attached where applicable
• In original packaging where possible

4. Return shipping costs

6. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items (48 hours)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@cybraxo.co.uk.

Outcome

Depending on the issue, we may offer a refund, replacement, or another appropriate remedy in line with applicable law. We may request that the item be returned for inspection before issuing a remedy.

7. Cancellations & changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@cybraxo.co.uk. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it and you may need to follow the returns process after delivery.
