1. Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time includes order verification, packing, and handing the parcel to the courier. Processing times do not include transit time.

Busy periods

During promotional events, holidays, or peak seasons, processing may take longer. If we expect a significant delay, we will aim to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping fees are calculated using the rules below and are shown clearly at checkout before you place an order. Unless otherwise stated, the same pricing rules apply to UK and international orders.

3. Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. Transit times depend on destination, courier service levels, and local conditions.

4. Tracking & delivery updates

Where available, we provide tracking information once your order is dispatched. Tracking links may be delivered via email or can be accessed through your account (if account features are enabled).

• Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take time to appear after dispatch.
• Some services/destinations may have limited tracking depending on the courier network.
• If you suspect a parcel is delayed or lost, contact support with your order number and any tracking details.

5. Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

For international deliveries, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and clearance charges imposed by your local authority. These charges are outside our control and are typically the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise.

If you refuse to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned or destroyed by the carrier/customs authority, we may be unable to offer a refund (or we may refund only the product price minus any fees incurred), depending on the outcome and applicable law.

6. Address accuracy & failed delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please double-check address fields at checkout, including postcodes/ZIP codes and building/unit numbers.

Returned parcels

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, failure to collect, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may:

• re-ship the parcel at your cost, or
• issue a refund for the items returned to us, minus shipping and handling fees where permitted by law.

We do not ship to certain countries/regions due to compliance, logistics constraints, sanctions, or carrier limitations. This list may change without notice.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: courier disruptions, strikes, severe weather, customs inspections, pandemics, governmental actions, or unforeseen logistics constraints.

Where such events occur, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you and provide updates based on available information.
