The Program is open to individuals and businesses who can lawfully promote Cybraxo in a compliant, ethical and professional manner.

We may accept or reject an application at our discretion, including on the basis of content quality, audience suitability, traffic sources, brand safety or compliance risk.

• You must provide accurate and current information in your application.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher.
• You are responsible for ensuring participation is lawful in every jurisdiction in which you operate.
• We aim to respond within 2–3 business days, although no response timeframe is guaranteed.
• Acceptance into the Program does not guarantee earnings, sales or continued participation.

You participate in the Program as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise or fiduciary relationship.

• You must not claim to be an employee, agent or official representative of Cybraxo.
• You have no authority to enter contracts, make commitments or incur obligations on behalf of CYBRAXO LTD.
• You must not make promises concerning pricing, availability, delivery, refunds or warranties beyond information published by Cybraxo.
• You are responsible for your own business costs, equipment, insurance, taxes and legal compliance.

You may promote Cybraxo through lawful, transparent and brand-safe content or placements.

• Editorial content, blogs, reviews and product guides.
• Organic social media posts, short-form videos and creator content.
• Email marketing sent only to a lawful and permission-based list.
• Paid advertising that is accurate, compliant and does not misuse Cybraxo trademarks.
• Price-comparison, recommendation and deal pages where information is current and accurate.
• Community posts and discussion placements where permitted by the relevant platform.

Where referral links, promotional codes or other tracking methods are provided, you must use them only as instructed.

Orders and attributed actions may be subject to fraud checks, compliance review, cancellation, refunds and payment validation.

• Cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent or non-compliant transactions may be excluded.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted tracking due to browser settings, cookie restrictions, ad blockers or device limitations.
• Attribution is determined using the Program’s tracking records and applicable commercial arrangement.
• Tracking disputes must be submitted promptly with supporting information.
• Self-referrals, duplicate transactions and artificial conversion activity may be rejected.

Commission rates, qualifying transactions, payout thresholds and payment schedules are agreed individually.

Payments are subject to validation, fraud prevention and compliance review.

• We may request information reasonably required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.
• Commission may be withheld, reversed or cancelled for refunded, disputed, fraudulent or non-compliant transactions.
• You are responsible for your own taxes, reporting duties and legal obligations arising from Affiliate earnings.
• Bank, payment-provider and currency-conversion fees may be applied by third parties.
• No commission is guaranteed until it has been validated and approved for payment.

Cybraxo may provide logos, Product images, banners, written materials or other brand assets for the sole purpose of approved Affiliate promotion.

Your right to use these materials is limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable.

• Materials must be used in accordance with supplied brand guidelines.
• Materials must not be altered in a misleading, offensive or deceptive manner.
• You must not imply endorsement beyond the approved Affiliate relationship.
• You must not register domains, trade names or social accounts confusingly similar to Cybraxo.
• All use of Cybraxo intellectual property must stop immediately upon termination or request.

You must comply with all applicable advertising, privacy, consumer protection and platform rules.

• Affiliate relationships must be disclosed clearly and prominently where required.
• Appropriate labels may include “advertisement”, “ad”, “sponsored” or “affiliate link”.
• Disclosures must appear close to the relevant Affiliate content and must not be hidden.
• Personal data must be collected and used lawfully and securely.
• Marketing emails or messages must comply with consent and privacy requirements.
• Promotions directed at UK customers must follow relevant UK advertising and consumer protection standards.

We may suspend or terminate participation where we reasonably believe that an Affiliate has breached these Terms, created customer or brand risk, or engaged in prohibited activity.

• Suspension or termination may take effect immediately where necessary to prevent harm.
• You must stop using Cybraxo Materials and remove or disable tracking links when requested.
• Validated commission earned before termination may remain payable subject to fraud and compliance checks.
• Amounts connected with invalid, refunded or prohibited activity may be withheld or cancelled.
• Either party may end participation in accordance with any separately agreed notice arrangements.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Program, commercial arrangements, legal requirements or operating practices.

The “Last updated” date shown on this page indicates when the latest changes were made.

Continued participation after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept an update, you must stop participating in the Program.
